LOCK/UNLOCK FOLDER USING NOTEPAD

Wanted to lock folder but not having software to use? Don’t worry here is a simplest method to lock any of the folder present in your drive using simple as i said NOTEPAD.

But this time by using only Notepad  we can lock any of the folders without getting worry of forgetting password, limit of software, etc.

Just follow these steps:

STEP 1
-Suppose you have a folder named kevin located on D:\kevin
-On the same drive, near the folder kevin  create a new file using Notepad and type:
-ren kevin kevin.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}
-In Notepad go on File–>Save as-> select all files instead of text format and save the file as lock.bat

STEP 2
-Create another file using Notepad file and type:
ren kevin.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} kevin
-Save this second file as unlock.bat


At this moment you have 2 batch files: lock.bat and unlock.bat . 

1) Double click on lock.bat and your folder will change into Control Panel and the contents inside the folder will not be accessible so easy.
2) Double click on unlock.bat and then you will get back your original folder and folder content can access again.
